I just want to thank you again for the great service you provided recently on both my desktop computer and my wife’s laptop. I really appreciate your prompt attention to my problems and the quick turnaround as well. Not only did you locate the problem with my wife’s laptop, you removed the conflicting software and provided her with good substitutes that would work well with AVG.
