Tim does great service! He is fast and reliable! He has fixed every problem I have had with my computer! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! He is for sure the best around! Great prices, and great services. What could be better then that?

I was calling around to see if anyone could diagnose what was wrong with my computer for free, and this place was the ONLY one i found who would look at my computer with out an outrageous charge. He ran some things on my computer to make sure it wasn’t my hard drive and he tried to find any problems in my lab top. And it was all for FREE! He even offered to order a battery for me himself since i’m not all that savvy at ordering computer parts online. I thought i received great service and i will definitely be going to him again when i get another computer problem. He was very nice and easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who was looking to get their computer looked at because he is a fair and honest person to work with! You won’t regret coming here! 🙂

Truly Astonishing

Absolutely amazing!!! I walked in to this store with $550 dollars and tim (the owner .. i think) built me a brand new screamin’ computer !!!! Wonderful

I had a wonderful experience working with Tim and ATC. Tim is professional, hard-working, timely, practical, and efficient. I may have challenged him significantly in coordinating with Comcast, installing high speed Internet, updating virus protection, installing a Webcam, and coordinating Skype – for my 91-yr old Grandmother. Tim made it all work. I highly recommend Tim and ATC.

Highly Reccomended

I brought my computer in to always thinking computers in the morning massively infected and got it back that afternoon running faster than the computer ever has. I would highly recommend ATC to anyone that needs their computer repaired

Great Job!

Our POS system at Senor Sam’s went down..A tech was here and had us back up in less then 20 min. We were unable to run credit cards or help customers until Tim showed up. Great.

Brilliant

Tim is brilliant! Really brilliant….after today, as long as we’re in Oregon, I won’t let anyone else touch our laptop. He is patient & explained things until I understood & not knowing much at all about computers this is so important to me. And I’ll recommend him & his business to everyone I know!

Years of great service.

We’ve used ATC several times in the past year and have always been very pleased with both the service we received and the price of that service. Tim’s first priority each time was to get our home PC or laptop back up and running rather than to run down the long list of costs we might incure. Tim charges an unbelievably fair price for what needs to be done and has never upped the price later if it turned out he had to do more work than originally planned. When you need computer repair use ATC, you’ll be glad you did!

Glad I found them

Tim and ATC bailed me out of a potentially catastrophic situation recently . Two days before my band was scheduled to record scratch tracks for a demo my pc crashed out of nowhere . Not being too familiar with the Albany area yet I had seen ATC in passing and brought my computer in . Short of begging and offering up my first born after explaining my dilemma , Tim assured me he could have the bug cleared out and my computer ready to record my band by the end of the next business day , and he did so being obviously backed up with work already.
I cant thank you enough , guys . Seriously .

PC Master

PC crashed! Or so I thought. I called ATC and PC master of wizardy named Tim came and saved my day. My service was impecable. Tim not only revamped my PC, he updated my protection and cleaned off every possible infection. Since my venture into ATC, my computer has ran flawlessly and it’s faster than it has ever been. Good Business

I wanted to encourage anyone who needs technical help with their computer to go in and talk with Tim at ATC. You will receive timely and knowledgeable help at a very reasonable price.

You won’t have to deal with some young computer whiz who can only communicate using computer-speak while making you feel stupid for asking questions. You will actually enjoy the experience and get your moneys worth. When’s the last time that happened?

Computer Repair guy on your side

I just came from Always Thinking Computers, and they were on my side. i have an old computer that use to be my mothers. I went in and asked about how to erase all her personal data because I wanted to donate the computer. They told me to bring it in and they would do it free of cost; I took the computer in and they did it while I waited(Mind you, it was a computer that was only 6 GBs so that may not be the case for everyone.) They were super helpful and I will be bringing my other computers to them for future tune-ups. The prices are extremely reasonable.

While I sat there and waited, I could not help but to overhear some phone calls that the owner, Tim, was making. It was very clear that Tim is always thinking computers. He was so knowledgeable and did not seem “bothered” at all to be helping these customers on the phone!

Really Impressed

A friend told me about this place.
I was really impressed, I checked everywhere they charged me a third what most around here charge, and I got it back in a day. I have spend hundreds of dollars and waited weeks in the past for similar issues.

A side note not only did our Dell work better than it ever has, what really won my wife over was the state of the computer upon return. It looked like they actually scrubbed it clean inside and out.

Great place for computer repair

I have gone to the same place for years till the guy shut down and left me hanging. I just saw a bright orange sign that said computer repair and stopped in. They opened recently the place looked a little rough, but it is a great shop. I had been waiting two weeks for my computer on average when it was down. This place had it done in 4 hours(He said that is a little faster than normal but usually less than 24 hours) He also agreed to look at it for free instead of charging like my last guy and the repair was less than half the price my “friend” at the other shop. I will definitely look no where else for service.

WOW!

Wow! These guys are great! They diagnosed for FREE ($80 & up elsewhere), they were kind, courteous, and patient with my lack of computer savvy. Tim explained my problem and my options to me and I had my computer back the next day, in better condition than when I bought it. There is no way I would ever go anywhere else I felt like I could really trust my valuable information to them. Thank you ATC for saving my life!! (kinda)
